If you're looking for a rugby club in North London, now is the perfect time to get involved. Finsbury Park Rugby Club is welcoming new, returning and experienced rugby players to our 2026 preseason programme as we prepare for the upcoming season.

Our first session takes place on Wednesday 8 July 2026, with training continuing every Wednesday throughout the season. Sessions begin at 6:30pm at Downhills Park, N17 6PE, conveniently located for players from Haringey, Finsbury Park, Tottenham, Wood Green, Islington, Hackney, Muswell Hill and the surrounding North London areas.

Whether you've played rugby for years, are returning after a break, or are looking to try rugby for the first time, our friendly coaching team and welcoming club environment make Finsbury Park RFC a great place to develop your skills, improve your fitness and enjoy the game.
